I have been an educator for 25+ years and I have always dreaded fundraisers.  I hated asking my students to sell items, collect pledges and/or reach out to people to ask for money.  We had a program created to take pick-a-date calendar fundraising to a whole new level by making it FULLY digital and making it the easiest fundraiser ever.

Our pick-a-date calendar fundraiser is VERY simple. Each participant will copy their unique calendar we custom design for your group and post to social media. That is it! The calendar is ALL digital and no need to constantly update it. When donors click on the date (s), they are directed to a payment screen where they can use Stripe, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card to make payment. They can select multiple dates at once. Organizations do not have to worry about collecting the donations. We take care of all that for you.

Paramount Fundraising designs a unique "pick-a-date" calendar for your organization and will provide each member a unique URL to copy and paste to their own social media, text, or email via spreadsheet.

Family/Friends select date(s)

Once members post to their social media, friends/family can also share post allowing it to be seen by thousands instantly. Friends/family click on date(s) they wish to donate. ($1 for day 1, 2$ for day 2, 30$ for day 30, etc.)

The donor is automatically directed to the payment screen for payment. The donor will enter their name as they would like it to appear. (John Smith, Mom, Grandma, etc.) They can pay with Stripe account, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card.

Selecting multiple dates is easy. Donors can select as many dates as they want and pay all at once.

Once the donor has purchased the date(s), their name appears in real time on the calendar and that date is taken and is no longer available.

That's it! All funds go directly to an account and a report is generated for each organization showing the amount each member raised. Once the fund raiser is completed, ONE check is sent to the organization along with the report. Members NEVER have to worry about collecting money from donors. Organizations will also have a login where they can monitor the progress along the way.

  • The major difference is that our pick-a-date calendar is ALL digital.  Once members have uploaded their calendar to social media, it can be shared by others; reaching thousands more people.
  • No keeping track of who donated to constantly update/mark-off dates taken.  Once the date is purchased, the donor's name populates the square (s) and it is no longer available for donations.
  • No keeping up with thousands of "paper" calendars.
  • No worrying about keeping up with multiple forms of payments.
  • Super easy for bookkeepers. They do not have to keep up with the massive deposit slip issues or receipts.
NO.  Once the date is taken, it goes directly to a general account. Members never have to reach out to collect the money, pledge, or donation. Once the fundraiser is completed, a check is cut to the organization with a breakdown of how much each member raised and grand total.

NO.  That is another feature that makes the pick-a-date calendar so simple.  Members do not have to make any awkward calls or share any contacts. They simply paste their unique URL to social media. They can email or text out the links to family and friends, but WE do not ask members to share any personal information with our company.

  • All we need is a logo to use for the design and an excel spreadsheet with first and last names.  We do not need any emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc. That is it!
  • A spreadsheet will be generated with members' name and unique URL for their very own pick-a-date calendar for them to copy and paste to social media.
  • We even create instructions that you simply copy/paste. You do not have to create an informative email explaining it. We take care of everything!

YES. Paramount Fundraising can add a drawing for a monetary amount. Each date/square purchased on the calendar enters the donor into the drawing.

How to do a "pick-a-date" calendar fundraiser.

The "pick-a-date" calendar fundraiser has been around a while.  The basic idea is that a calendar is shared online or through email, etc. Donors, pick the date that corresponds to the amount they wish to donate, and that becomes their donation to the group. The date is marked-off, scratched out, etc.

Now, there is a revolutionary way of doing this. Paramount Fundraising has created an all-digital format for the "pick-a-date" calendar fundraiser!  Click on the calendar below to see it work! You can click a date and see how the payment process works.

The problem with the "analog" version is that donors have to find a way to get their donations to the member. (Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashAPP, etc.) The member then has to get those funds to the organization.  AND, getting the money can be tricky and create some awkward conversations.

With Paramount Fundraising's new digital version, this is no longer a problem!
